If you’re not happy with your product, tell us. We’ll make it right.

What is your refund policy?

Here at Distinct Impressions if the item is returned within 14 days of receipt of goods, a new item will be sent at our cost if you ask for a replacement, or a refund will be offered

Please email us at kaye@distinctimpressions.com.au to advise us you are returning the garment and if you would like a refund or exchange for another item. We will arrange a return postage label so the item can be returned to us when able. We will send you an email once we receive the returned garment and aim to process your return within 2 business days of receipt.

All refunds are processed by the same method that you paid us.

Faulty Goods

All garments are checked by us before preparing your order for packing. In the unlikely event that the garment is faulty on arrival, incorrect or damaged in transit, please notify us immediately on receipt of goods. We will arrange for the item to be returned to us. If we are unable to provide you with a replacement, we will refund your cost of the item.

What payment methods do you offer?

We offer the security of PayPal, credit card, and direct payment transfer.

Is my transaction safe?

Yes.  We use the secure Paypal Secure Payment System, which offers PayPal, credit card, and direct transfer.  When you pay through PayPal you are covered by PayPal Buyer Protection

Domestic Shipping

In this economic climate, we have reassessed how we can continue to help ease your financial burden. We have decided to permanently offer FREE DOMESTIC STANDARD FREIGHT

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1 business day. Standard Australia Post parcel delivery times will then apply once your parcel leaves our warehouse. Your parcel will generally reach your intended delivery address within 3-5 business days from the time you place your order.

Please note that during Covid 19 Lockdown 2021 packages are taking a few extra days due to Australia Post Delivery Delays.

Express Post – $12.00

We offer express shipping in case you need your order fast! You can expect delivery within 2-3 business days, depending on your location in Australia.

International Shipping

We ship globally and international shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and country of destination. International rates are calculated at checkout.

International rates are based on the the country the goods are to be delivered and are calculated on weight at checkout. Please note that all international orders may be subjected to taxes, duties and fees of the destination country. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

What are insurance costs.

We cover insurance up to $100.  We can take out extra insurance on your behalf
